WE ARE EXCITED TO WELCOME PETS HOME TO OUR COMMUNITY!
 

We provide a wonderful home with amenities for you and up to two (2) pets per your apartment home. 
Maximum weight for one (1) dog cannot exceed 35lbs and only 1 dog allowed per home. 
Please note that building 15100 is restricted to cats only. 

BREEDS

All pets must be pre-approved with a veterinarian statement of good health which includes your
pet's immunization record. All dogs must be of 1 year in age or older and although we love all
dogs, certain purebred or mixes do not thrive in a community environment and are not permitted:

Bull Mastif
Chows
Doberman Pinschers
Dalmatians
German Shepherds
Perrode Presfa Canario
Rottweilers
Staffordshire Terriers
American Terriers (Pit Bulls)

PET DEPOSITS

$300 Refundable pet deposit for 1 pet.
$400 Refundable pet deposit for 2 pets.

PET FEE

$25 per month for 1 pet
$35 per month for 2 pets
